R.C.S. Policies
- Consultation/ Walk-Thru is mandatory for all Residential Services to accurately assess cleaning needs.
- Pets must be secured during the consultation, and while services are being rendered. This will help ensure the safety of our technicians, as well as allowing us the opportunity to provide our best work.
- Upon the completion of the consultation/walk thru, all residential services will require a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total scheduled cleaning.
- In order to avoid forfeit of your deposit, a 48-hour rescheduled appointment must be made.
- Before and after photos and /or videos will be taken for our records and may be used for promotional purposes.
